Decent frying pan, quick delivery

I ordered the Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan. The ordering process on the site was straightforward, no issues there. It shipped out pretty fast; I think it arrived within 4 days of ordering, which was good. The pan itself seems well-made, feels solid, and the handle is comfortable. I've used it a few times now for eggs and stir-fries, and it heats evenly. Cleaning has been easy too, no sticking if you preheat it right. Haven't needed customer support, so can't comment on that part, but overall a smooth purchase.

Solid stockpot, minor lid issue

I bought the Stainless Steel Stockpot with Lid for making soups and pasta. The pot itself is really good quality, heavy and feels durable. It heats up quickly on my induction stove, which is a plus. The lid fits well, but the handle on it gets quite hot if you don't use a pot holder. That's a minor annoyance, but something to be aware of. Delivery was prompt, got here in about 5 days. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about cleaning it. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value for the money, just wish the lid handle stayed cooler.

Consistent quality, my go-to

This was my third order from Avacraft, and they're always reliable. I picked up a Stainless Steel Sauté Pan this time to match my existing set. Like my previous frying pan and mixing bowls, the quality is consistent. It arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up and performs well. No surprises, which is what I like when buying cookware.

Good value for a Saucepan

I was looking for a decent saucepan and saw the Stainless Steel Saucepan with Glass Strainer Lid. It was on sale, and I got free shipping which helped a lot. Felt like a good deal for the quality. It's been working fine.
